What we do with
your data.

last updated · aug 16, 2026

NetLogic is a security tool. That shapes everything in this document: we collect the least we can, we keep it for as long as a scan or a waitlist needs it, and we delete it when you ask. This policy covers netlogic.studio, the NetLogic app, and anything we run for you.

What we collect

  • Waitlist signups. If you join the waitlist, we keep the email address you submit and nothing else. It goes through Netlify Forms and lands in our Netlify dashboard.
  • Scan targets. When you run a scan, we process the domains, IPs, and hosts you point the scanner at. We store scan results — findings, evidence, and the report — so you can come back to them.
  • Basic site telemetry. Our hosting provider (Netlify) sees standard request logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited. We don't add our own trackers or analytics cookies.
  • Account data. If we add accounts, we'll store what you give us — email, name, organization — and say so here before we do.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. There's no ad network on this site, and there won't be one.

How AI fits in

NetLogic uses AI in one narrow place: reviewing the gray band — ambiguous findings that a deterministic gate can't resolve on its own. The AI works through scoped tool calls behind a deterministic execution gate. It can look things up, but it can't invent or drop a finding.

When the AI does run, the scan context (target, findings, evidence) is sent to the model provider we use at the time. We'll name the provider here when it's fixed at launch. We don't train models on your scan data, and we require our providers not to either.

Third parties

  • Netlify — hosts the site and processes waitlist form submissions.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Google receives your IP when the fonts load, per their own privacy policy.
  • LLM providers — process scan context for gray-band adjudication, as described above.
  • PostgreSQL / object storage — where scan records live. They're private, access-controlled, and only reachable from our application layer.

Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist closes and we reach out — whichever comes first. Scan results stay available while your account is active.

You can delete a scan from the app at any time. To delete your data entirely — waitlist entry, account, everything — email dmitrywflynn@gmail.com with the subject delete my data and we'll remove it within 30 days, then confirm.

Children

NetLogic is a security product for security work. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email us and we'll delete it.

Billing

We don't charge for anything today — there's a free tier for your own infrastructure, and pricing is directional until launch. When paid plans exist, cancellation will be as easy as signing up: cancel from the dashboard or email us, no hoops. If a free trial ever exists, it won't auto-charge you at the end without a reminder first.

Authorized use

NetLogic is built for authorized testing only — scan what you own, or what you're permitted to test. Scan data stays scoped to your account and isn't shared between users.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or limit processing. Email dmitrywflynn@gmail.com and we'll help — that's also who you reach for any question about this policy.

If we make changes that matter, we'll update the date above and call out the change here.
